INCOMPETENCE means the inconsistency between knowledge and experience of a person on the one hand and his actual or estimated future activities on the other.

INCOMPETENCE does not actually mean that a person is unintelligent, illiterate or unable to cope with his performance targets. More probably he is able to cope with even more difficult tasks, but he has not got any opportunity to set to work at them due to some unfavorable living circumstances or just because he is not aware of the current demand for his knowledge and experience. In order to be competent in his actual business area or estimated future activities, a person should first and foremost reveal a problem and state the right targets and objectives so that he could receive adequate training afterwards.

AWARENESS OF OWN INCOMPETENCE is a complicated moral psychological personality problem. Still we see no alternative but to take the right step towards this awareness attainment, avoiding illusion creation.
