Welcome to the service of assessment of professional competence of the International portal!

This section of the Portal is designed to provide 360 degree feedback on the request of one of our members. If you have reached this page to become familiar with the work of service 360 degree feedback of the International Portal of competence assessment and you are interested in competence assessment procedure on our website, we recommend you familiarize yourself with its description by following this link.

If you received an email from your colleague (coworker, subordinate, manager, partner, etc.) with an invitation to give your feedback on him/her component of competence in this area of activity, please do the following:


Step 1. Enter the assessment identifier in the appropriate field, which you obtained in the invitation letter from your colleague.

2. Select the field of activity of your colleague from the dropdown list (the one that is specified in his/her letter).
Step 3. Select the component of competence of your colleague from the dropdown list (the one that is specified in his/her letter).

4. Assess the knowledge and skills of your colleague, keeping in mind his/her component of competence and area of activity.

5. Confirm your answer by clicking the button "Send" and learn more about the possibilities of this free service for you!

WARNING! Do not give out to your colleague the exact date and the result of your assessment to preserve anonymity, and remember that you can use the assessment identifier only once (reuse of the identifier is not possible).


Tip



1 - He/she does not have the knowledge and skills within the specified component of competence in the chosen field of activity and does not attempt become acquainted with that;
2 - He/she has a superficial knowledge and his/her skills are not clearly expressed for the specified component of competence in chosen field of activity and practically he/she does not use it in organizing his/her work and in activity of other departments;
3 - He/she has a superficial knowledge and skills within the specified component of competence in the chosen field of activity and organizes him/her activity in accordance with these skills and knowledge;
4 - He/she has the basic knowledge and skills within the specified component of competence in the chosen field of activity, but does not use it for organization of him/her activity and for work of other departments;
5 - He/she not only has the basic knowledge and skills within the specified component of competence in the chosen field of activity, but also organizes him/her activity and work of other departments in accordance with that.
